2012 - Evening at the Courthouse
On Tuesday, May 8, 2012, Justice Initiatives, Inc. hosted the 6th annual Evening at the Courthouse Fundraiser event at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse. Many distinguished guests attended, including members of the state and federal judiciary, state and local elected representatives, and leading members of the Mecklenburg County Bar and community. Guests enjoyed food from some of the finest restaurant establishments in Charlotte while they listened to keynote speaker, former American Bar Association President, Martha Barnett. Guests were entertained with live music from the Jack Rabbit Blues Band while they participated in a silent auction with many exciting items and packages. Thanks to the many generous donations, Justice Initiatives was able to exceed its fundraising goal!
