Initiatives, Inc.
Justice Initiatives, Inc. was formed in 2004 by a group of
community and justice system leaders in North
Carolina who believe
that Mecklenburg County deserves nothing less
than a world-class court system. They are
committed to tirelessly advocating for increased
funding to the judicial branch and for raising
seed money needed for the continued development
of innovative programs and services that have
brought forth national recognition and
admiration.
Vision:
Justice Initiatives envisions a court system
that delivers the highest quality of justice and
fosters community trust and confidence.
Mission:
The mission is to educate the community about
the court system and to advocate, support and
advance its needs and interests.
Purpose:

To advance reforms related to the Judicial
Branch's organization, structure and/or
administration.

To educate and advocate regarding the needs of
court system offices and programs within the
26th Judicial District, NC. |

To receive, hold and disburse funds donated by
individuals, foundations, corporations, and
governmental entities that are earmarked for
particular offices, programs and/or services
within the 26th Judicial District, NC. |

To support fundraising activities for court
system offices and programs within the 26th
Judicial District, NC consistent with abilities
and resources. |
