Biography:  
    
Brian Church has worked as a litigator with Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A since 2010. He represents companies and individuals involved in commercial and employment disputes. He has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial and employment cases, including labor and employment litigation involving discrimination, contracts and trade secrets; financial services disputes; creditors' rights; and general contract and trade practice claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Brian regularly counsels clients regarding a range of commercial, labor and employment issues.
 
Mr. Church graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2009, where he served on the editorial board of the Alabama Law Review and as a member of the school's national moot court team. He clerked for The Honorable Joel F. Dubina, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, following his graduation. Mr. Church is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and is a graduate of Clemson University.
