Biography:  
   
After graduating from Duke University in May of 1995, Jon Krisko entered into the United States Navy as a Lieutenant Junior Grade Gunnery Officer/Main Propulsion Officer on the USS Mitscher where he oversaw safety and training programs for shipboard weapons. Jon managed 41 personnel and supervised maintenance and operation of Tomahawk, Standard missile, 5"/.54 Gun systems and gas turbine propulsion systems.

In 1998 Jon was promoted to Leiutenant and served as the Executive/Operations Officer on the USS Whirlwind where he was second-in-command. Jon managed 27 personnel and oversaw command planning, training and tactics development. Upon retirement from the United States Navy, Jon attended the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Jon joined Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson in August of 2003 and practices in the areas of intellectual property, employment, appellate and other business related litigation. His experience includes matters involving trade secrets, copyright, patents, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and corporation and limited liability company governance disputes. Jon also represents clients before local government in zoning and land-use regulation matters. In addition to his representation of commercial clients, Jon advises clients in the motorsports industry.

Professional and Community Involvement
Jon is a member of Mecklenburg County Bar's Volunteer Lawyers program and has contributed more than 200 pro bono hours in the past two years.
